Meet Ben
Benjamin Bailey is a licensed massage therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and over four years of experience in personal training and strength development. A graduate and class valedictorian of the New York Institute of Massage, Ben offers a unique blend of performance-focused bodywork and deeply restorative massage care.
A Functional & Thoughtful Approach
Ben is certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms) and integrates manual therapy with movement-based strategies to promote recovery, resilience, and long-term well-being. Whether you’re an athlete managing performance or someone looking to move and feel better in daily life, Ben’s goal is to guide you there — thoughtfully and intentionally.
To be in service — helping others reconnect with their strength, their breath, and the quiet sense of ease that comes from truly feeling at home in the body.
Integrated Bodywork Sessions
Integrated Bodywork is a highly individualized, results-focused session to support people seeking deeper, longer-lasting improvements—whether you’re new to bodywork or looking to build on past typical massage experiences that didn’t meet your expectations.
Each session is built in real time based on how the body presents that day. Movement patterns, tissue quality, and areas of restriction are assessed, and an appropriate combination of hands-on techniques, movement-based work, and specialized tools is applied to address underlying contributors rather than just symptoms.
This approach goes beyond relaxation-focused massage, prioritizing assessment, adaptability, and meaningful change to improve movement, reduce pain, and support overall function.
