Benjamin Bailey is a licensed massage therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and over four years of experience in personal training and strength development. A graduate and class valedictorian of the New York Institute of Massage, Ben offers a unique blend of performance-focused bodywork and deeply restorative massage care.

Ben is certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms) and integrates manual therapy with movement-based strategies to promote recovery, resilience, and long-term well-being.
